MY LAST HEALTHY MEAL! (Healthy Meal #25)

Hey everyone! So today I had my 25th healthy meal and another daily practice! I can't believe I have completed this portion of the challenge... I solemnly swear to never eat a healthy meal again from this day forward! Ha, just kidding! But seriously..... Bring on the pizza!!

So I started out the day with a wonderful healthy meal of plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds.


I ate it out on the porch while I read my new favorite book. I think I'm actually learning things about myself and my daily tendencies as I read this. I would recommend this to everyone.

Then, I went to get my hair cut! I was so excited, I just went for it! How do we feel?! 


I'm really excited, I love switching up my look drastically. I feel like it gives me an opportunity to reveal new sides of myself, and I've always felt a little trapped by my looks. I look young and very sweet and sometimes I just want to come across as a little more mature and sophisticated, you know? I'm feeling like this new look maybe communicates who I am a little better!

My daily practice was devoted to City by Sara Bareilles... because I thought I would be auditioning it for the pub performance... But then I ended up last minute singing Black Velvet! I enjoyed the coaching in Mix so much that I'm eager to perform it!

Repertoire: City

Technique: worked on the light mix, lyrics, and approaching the phrases with edge.

Musicality worked: I focused on connection the lyrics, especially since I was getting this song to be performance ready!
